They took care of my issues. Sometimes I feel like I have to call to ensure that the vehicle will be completed by the end of the day. I was not greeted with acknowledgement, customer service was primarily directives in which u had to figure everything out. I had a scheduled appointment and I was treated as though no one knew while I was was primarily directives in which u had to figure everything out. I had a scheduled appointment and I was treated as though no one knew while I was there eventually there was a gentleman who was very tentative to me very tentative to my concerns and I don’t know his name but he was great and he made me feel like a valued customer but this was after I had interacted with two other employees one when I pulled my truck in and two when I walked in the service center I don’t know who provided service for me no excuse me I take that back I did get a video of the mechanic working on my car prior to that I have no clue More
