Fist time back in July 2019 with 4,000 on the truck had a transmission problem with third gear vibration and play in the shifter in third gear the more you drive it the more it vibrated The dealer said it transmission problem with third gear vibration and play in the shifter in third gear the more you drive it the more it vibrated The dealer said it had a problem BUT it wasn’t that bad and didn’t affect the driving the truck! This time on the 10 September 2021 with 16,000 miles on the truck took it back into the dealer still having the same problem with third gear and plus in fourth gear there was two inches of play in the shifter and third gear when down shifting sometimes it would pop out of gear They had the truck until November 22 What every they did to it they didn’t fix third gear problem! All someone had to do is go on a test drive with me IM NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR DEALER SHIP! Next stop NYDMV complaint department Let’s see what they think about this problem And by the way I an retired certify master mechanic and had worker for orange motors for ten years back in the nineties Oh also I love the truck other than the transmission problem More

Service was done Saturday, paid for special service for a problem on a 2021 vehicle I should not be having. engine light went on Tuesday, can’t get me in for service for over 2 weeks!!! Have a 2 hour commute problem on a 2021 vehicle I should not be having. engine light went on Tuesday, can’t get me in for service for over 2 weeks!!! Have a 2 hour commute daily. Not happy More
