I felt that I did not get the usual cheerful helpful service that I have come to expect at DePaula. I came for my initial oil change on my Traverse. During the week prior week I had received a Service A service that I have come to expect at DePaula. I came for my initial oil change on my Traverse. During the week prior week I had received a Service AWD alert. When I requested that someone check to see if it was a legitimate alert I was told that it would not be possible. When I mentioned that I would be traveling to Florida this week it did not make any difference. Not possible. No discussion. I guess I have to take my chances. More
