Leased in 2018 with no problems so why not go back at the end of the lease? Wrong, what a difference a 2nd lease makes at this place. Long story short, they payed off 3 months left but in the meantime I ha end of the lease? Wrong, what a difference a 2nd lease makes at this place. Long story short, they payed off 3 months left but in the meantime I had already made a payment. I was told by the salesman, "no problem, same thing happened to my GF, it only took a month & she got her check." After getting no where with GM for 3 months, I called the dealership & was told very rudely by 2 employees there was nothing they could do....they " had no way to contact them." "Sorry, can't help you." I then resorted to sending 3 emails directly to "officers" listed on their web page. . Not even the courtesy of a reply to this day. It took 4 months & no thanks to DePaula for me to finally get my money from GM Financial, their go to bank. Their just another example of once they get your money, they don't care about you. I will never do business with this place again & will make it my business to use every available platform to alert perspective customers to their poor business practices. More
