Beyond helpful I came in looking for a used car. My dealers Eric and James where behind helpful - they listened to my concerns in regards to payments and needs for m I came in looking for a used car. They helped me achieve long terms goals in relation to dept owed on previous car loans. I left the dealership in a brand new Chevy Equinox with all the luxuries I wanted, and A reasonable payment which will in turn relieve me of used car debt. They both where attentive to me and my children and when I came back to pick up my car I bought my mom who in turn is looking to buy a truck through DePaula! More

Horrible situation turned around I've had some not so good experience with dealerships in the past, but dealing with Depaula was the complete opposite. They were very friendly and worked hard from the start to get our family into a car. You can tell that they take pride in their jobs and they enjoy what they do. Cullan and Alvin went above and beyond to make sure we walked out of there with a new car and they did just that. When we came back the next day to pick our car up Stephanie made sure we understood what we were signing and made us feel so comfortable. Thank you for an awesome experience More
