For this reason, I can say that my sales rep was very knowledgeable and accurate with responses. This was a welcomed surprise vs hurried sales people that hustle talk whick makes me want to run away. I did not expect this seeing her young age. And if she ran into a question that could not be answered, it was found in less than a minute. Wow...amazing!!!!!! More

Felt very welcomed I stopped at the Dealer while I was in Albany for business and when I walked in I felt very welcomed and no pressure at all. I told them what I wanted I stopped at the Dealer while I was in Albany for business and when I walked in I felt very welcomed and no pressure at all. I told them what I wanted to look at and what I wanted to do and it was done, 45 minutes later I was out the door the owner of a new truck. The next morning I went in and the truck was ready and I signed a few papers and was gone. The salesman was outstanding, knowledgeable, and very courteous. He made my decision making very easy for me , I have a new Dealer to do my business with now and the 90 mile drive is definitely worth it. Thank you again for the great experience... More
