He would continuously check up on me and made sure I had everything I needed the entire process of getting into my beautiful new car. He's very knowledgeable and a very personable guy. He treats you more like a friend instead of just a guy trying to sell you a car and make money. All of the DePaula Staff were very helpful and made sure that you were being taken care of at any moment of your visit. John's assistant Michaela was awesome too! She helped me get situated with all of my car insurance and paperwork and kept me company when others were getting my things situated.
