Disappointed in the lack of communication. I never received an inspection video nor did I receive a call that my vehicle was ready. Can't say enough good things about the service department and on the phone! Chuck Richardson explained the issue that I was having and was very upfront through the entire process. Lukas and Ashley were very and on the phone! Chuck Richardson explained the issue that I was having and was very upfront through the entire process. Lukas and Ashley were very helpful on the phone and mechanic Neil sent a video which showed and explained the problem and the proposed solution. The issue was fixed properly with a test drive and comprehensive check for any other issues. Everyone who I dealt with at DePaula was very helpful and knowledgeable and I will definitely be bringing my vehicle here for service in the future More

I was told it could take 2 hours and when I told them last time it took 3+ hours I said I can only be here 90 minutes due another appointment. The person who checked me in said we'll get you out in plent last time it took 3+ hours I said I can only be here 90 minutes due another appointment. The person who checked me in said we'll get you out in plenty of time. And they did and had to add an alignment plus the oil change and tire rotation. I was in and out in just over an hour. Work done was awesome too More
