Talk about PUSH you into a car Tyler Watson did nothing to work with me other than try and push me into a vehicle that I did not want. I had been researching options between a few Tyler Watson did nothing to work with me other than try and push me into a vehicle that I did not want. I had been researching options between a few places, and he was the only one to tell me that he found what I want within 30 minutes of me being on their lot. Maybe it was because I’m 28 and appeared like an impulse buyer to him due to my age. Needless to say, I did not buy from DePaula because of this. Study your audience before you make yourself look like a fool. Also, don’t try and make someone sign their name on the back of a piece of paper with a few numbers scribbled down on it that you wrote down quick in an attempt to lock someone in. Nice try. I considered going back and asking to speak with another sales agent, but I couldn’t bring myself to do so after feeling like Tyler was trying to push me into a vehicle that I did not want. Two days after I initially visited, at 9am he texted me that the dealership had “done some searching and they had come up with a number” they would offer me on my trade. Two hours later, without changing the vehicle I was looking at buying, he stated “I’m working on getting a solid number”. Nothing had changed between 9am and 11am. He then went on to state “I think if I can get you an ever bigger discount like $300-$400 more, that would be good for you”. There had been no discount discussed prior, so he was offering me $300-400 off sticker. Simply put, it was a terrible experience. He then texted me to ask me what my significant other had said. Does that matter? This is my vehicle. She’s my girlfriend, not my wife of 20 years. She just happened to tag along because I asked her if she would like to look at vehicles with me. All of the quoted statements above are as is in the text message. I saved them all as I couldn’t believe what Tyler was actually saying to me. On a positive note, the showroom looked nice. More

Appointment for my check engine light I purchased my vehicle from DePaula approximately two months ago and had the best expierence doing so and this is why I a persuaded to give you a 4 ou I purchased my vehicle from DePaula approximately two months ago and had the best expierence doing so and this is why I a persuaded to give you a 4 out of 5 stars on rating. I would otherwise give this past experience with them a 2 or 3. My vehicles check engine light was on and I scheduled the appointment to have it fixed, that was easy. Upon arriving to the dealership that morning it was confusing as to where I were to go, once I figured that out I was told to pull my car into the garage where someone would great me. Well we were not greeted and so go out of the car and went inside where we stood there waiting and waiting for someone to acknowledge our existence. Finally they did , we walked out to our vehicle with this guy who didn’t introduce him self and sorry I didn’t catch his name. He looks over our car and says okay you can wait inside and Kevin I think he said his name was, will be with you in a minute. Okay so we stand there while “Kevin” makes two and takes 1 phone call , after about 10 15 minutes he acknowledges us. He claimed he couldn’t give us a time of pick up , said “bob” would call us. I told him if it couldn’t be done by 3 , I got there at 9:45 I would speak to a manager. Upon picking up my car at 1: 30 all was fine until I’m driving and happen to peer over at the passenger side floor mat to which I see greasy boot prints all over. Unsure why anyone was in the passenger seat of my vehicle, last I was aware.... and I’m married to a mechanic it only take one ?? person to test drive a car. You all offered to do a detail cleaning on my car and that’s awsome however I live in Ballston Spa and absolutely hate driving my car anywhere near Albany. I may call and schedule, I don’t know. More
typical dealership crap I called yesterday [11/7/2017] on a 2010 Chevy Camaro and it was still available. They say the manager would call me back within 24 hours. I received a call not from the manager but from someone else. I told them yesterday that I was a Disabled Vietnam Veteran and was interested in the car. I live in Northern Vermont. If this is the way Veterans are treated, just think about the public. That's why I hate dealerships!!!!!! More
My new car I don't know why I was lead to DePaulol chevrrlet but I was I found the car I wanted immediately. I was working with Gary and Jose. I got it and I love it. There were a couple bumps along the way, I'm not going to lie but Jose made up for it and more. He even went with me to pick up some paperwork that i forgot. He went above and beyond. He was always available for me. Gary was good but he wasn't always there for me. He did also work very hard to get me my car. I felt comfortable in there I would recommend them to others More
Experience was good in relation to product and salesman. Product and salesman were great. Sales knowledge of product was good. Overall experience was good. We arrived at around 11 am actually decided to lease the car by 1:30, went to lunch got back to dealership by 2:45 pm and never left until 4:30pm. Much to long for paperwork. More
