Other than being told my car SOUNDED like it was running hot 😂 everything was as it should be for an oil change. I made an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and a few recommended maintenance services that were suggested at my last visit. When I arrived, I was asked why I was there. First, it's a little an and a few recommended maintenance services that were suggested at my last visit. When I arrived, I was asked why I was there. First, it's a little annoying to have to rattle off what you are having done, especially if it's not routine, nor familiar. Michael was extremely nice though. When looking me up he couldn't find exactly what services I scheduled and was having done on the computer and finally had to look it up in the tablet. It seems the process should be more smoother for both the customer and the employee. It took unnecessary time from both me and him. Again, Michael was super nice and apologetic,and it was definitely not his fault. I was kept informed all along the way and Michael called me when my car was ready. He was great at the checkout process as well. All the staff were very pleasant and nice so I have no complaints about that. More
