Great service department. Dave plante is fantastic. He is friendly and always willing to help. The technical staff that works on my truck do a good job. Good service as always. Over priced as always. Stop charging diagnostics fee to repeat customers. Once you pay that then you basically have to get the work done, and the work is always over priced. $50 charging diagnostics fee to repeat customers. I worked with the Chevrolet collision center side. Very disappointing experience. Very disorganized. I purchased my vehicle and they were supposed to get back to me within a week to schedule a spray in bed disappointing experience. Very disorganized. I purchased my vehicle and they were supposed to get back to me within a week to schedule a spray in bed liner and rust proof undercoating. It took them over a month to get back to me after I had left multiple messages for a Melissa to call me which she never did. Evelyn finally called me to schedule. I had to get my sales rep and his manager involved in order to get the work done. Sales dept was great but the collision center was a joke. While I waited for someone to help me two other customers were there waiting to have their rust proofing redone due to poor workmanship. Both customers had appointments, pics, and approval but nothing showed in the computer. Wasted multiple people’s days due to miscommunication. I personally will never use their collision center for any work in the future. I’d rather pay out of pocket than deal with them again. More
