My rating is a bit low because I had to wait for my car to be brought out after being told over the phone it was ready. Which wouldn’t have been an issue if I wasn’t on a timeline to return to work. My car was leaking diesel fuel so took it in and did not correct it so took it back but driveway and grass where vehicle was parked is ruined .Car should have been corrected first time! Then we had to wait a week for repairsNow I have to pay for driveway cleanings and plant new grass and it was dangerous as my grandson is here with me and could have contaminated playing jn grass and driveway. Seems to me there is liabilities for all this over not correcting the problem in the first repair. I am elderly and disabled and do not look forward to dealing with this type of service especially after purchasing the long expensive maintenance contract!!! More
