2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation and no car wash was given. Truck was foams sat out front for 30 minutes while the paperwork was finalized. I asked for a car wash and said I had a coupon. I was wash was given. Truck was foams sat out front for 30 minutes while the paperwork was finalized. I asked for a car wash and said I had a coupon. I had a Tuesday appointment but I brought my vehicle in Sunday night, hoping they would look at it on Monday. Told them I needed a new alternator. They never looked at it until Thursday. Late Thursday I wa Sunday night, hoping they would look at it on Monday. Told them I needed a new alternator. They never looked at it until Thursday. Late Thursday I was told they had to order the alternator (I told them Monday I needed a new one, could have ordered it then) and it wouldn’t be there until the following Monday. 6 PM Tuesday I was told it was ready. Picked it up Wednesday, ten days after I brought it in. The cost was ridiculously high. Overall, a poor experience. More
