Frank Santoro is your stereotypical car salesman. Awfully nice and accommodating when trying to make a sale, but once you drive off the lot, don’t waste time contacting Frank Santoro. When I had an issue shortly after purchasing my car and contacted him, he hit me with, “Unfortunately, I don’t do anything with service.” Then when I asked him to be part of the solution since he sold me the car, he sunk even lower, and told me he no longer, “works for Mazda,” and it was completely out of his hands. I found out Frank went from DePaula Mazda to…wait for it…DePaula Ford (at the time located directly next door). Really? I was insulted by the feebleness of this lie. Bottom line - avoid Depaula and Frank Santoro. If you pulled a DNA sample from Frank, he’s probably like 20% rat, at least. More
