My son's car died that we were hoping to last through his grad school and this current car shortage. We started what we had planned as a long slog through many Mazda dealers in NY, NYS, and NJ at DePaula For grad school and this current car shortage. The inventory was low, and the cars that were scheduled in weren't quite what he was looking for. Before we left, the sales associate Vince checked with his manager, Albert, and they let us check out a 2021 courtesy car that they were going to put on the market in few weeks. The car was a much better trim version than we were looking for, but they offered it to us at a great deal (We checked many cars with similar milage and knew this was a great deal.) We decided to buy the car, a couple minor body issues were repaired, and by the next week we had a Certified pre-owned vehicle with a longer warranty than if bought new, much more features, and a lower price by thousands than anything we found through a very thorough internet search. Stephanie did a great job of going through the business end of the deal. What was anticipated to be a long grueling search was complete in one stop. It was my best car buying experience. No pressure, no trying to talk us into extra warranties or add-ons. The team at DePaula Ford did a great job! More
