Fran, at the front desk, was extremely helpful, friendly, and courteous. However, it took 2 hours to get an oil change, after which my car was left parked going the wrong way in the entranceway to the servic and courteous. However, it took 2 hours to get an oil change, after which my car was left parked going the wrong way in the entranceway to the service area (where cars were pulling in). There was a smudge of grease left on the upholstered support for the windshield near where the service person placed the service due sticker. My hood was left open for me to drive away. More
