I arrived to the dealership at 4pm with an appointment for an inspection and headlight alignment. I asked them to take a look at my transmission and was told they had no one on site who could do that and for an inspection and headlight alignment. Not only did it take them *three hours* to finish my inspection alone. But they did not update my the entire time and did not write my name/car on the board at all so I could see who my service person was. This is the second visit in a row with unusually long wait times and the second in a row where I could hear staff and supervisors arguing in the shop during my visit. I will not be back. More
