Service usually ok. This time was not very good. Very poor communication. I constantly had to keep calling to find out what was going on. Would never get call back. Techs did not use i-service as usuall poor communication. I constantly had to keep calling to find out what was going on. Would never get call back. Techs did not use i-service as usually do. Car was there all day first day and never got looked at till 6 pm. Had to stay over night. Next day I had to call to find out what as going on again. Nobody knew. When I spoke to the manger about my dissatisfaction he did not seem to care. Said he would call me back but never did. One of his service reps did, Lenny. Said they would finish that day but then they Could not finish the job cause the shop could not find the correct tool. Lenny did call for that update. Had to wait till Monday. Again no phone call to update till I called. Said would be ready at 5pm when I went to pick up I found out the Tech damage my Axelrod and no one called me to tell me. They did fix this and not charge me but made it take and extra day. I have had many services done before with out to much issue. so I hate to say don't go here but not sure I will next time. Rating this visit would be 1 if was not for Lenny the service rep finally helping out and giving me all the info. Was much more professional compared to the manger. Lenny was able to swing me a little to consider going back. More
Dealing with the staff at DePaula from salesman Nate Daigle to Qasim in financing was pleasant no pressure experience. I have been very pleased with my new Ford Ranger XLT. I had to bring the vehicle back for undercoating and a bed liner, The folks in the body shop arranged for a loaner and did a great job on my truck. I would recommend to anyone to go to DePaula if they are in the market for a new vehicle. More
