The best part of my experience was that things worked out financially. I am an experienced car buyer since I have purchased over 15 cars in my life time. I know how I want to be treated, and I know how to ne financially. I am an experienced car buyer since I have purchased over 15 cars in my life time. I know how I want to be treated, and I know how to negotiate a deal that works. The environment at Depaula Ford was not anything I enjoyed. The building itself was outdated and not very pleasing to the eye. The sales staff was not as helpful as they could be. They were friendly, but when you sit in the cubicle you can hear the other salesman talking to each other along with other salesman talking with mother customers. I feel like most of the salesman could use a lesson in true customer service. In my experience this was the second worst Ford dealership I have been to. The worst being Northampton Ford in Northampton, MA. There just wasn’t enough effort or care put into the process by the sales department. I will give them another shot when I buy my next new F-150 in the near future. I am not hopeful and may not even take the trip to see them. More

After receiving a text repair was near completion I had to call to verify and that was wrong, sent in error, and no call to tell me adding 10 days. Again, I had to call day was supposed to be done and it w to call to verify and that was wrong, sent in error, and no call to tell me adding 10 days. I made calls to get verification and still took 2 days of "just have to print and do paperwork" I finally just went so they would do paperwork. There is absolutely NO communication. More

Generally pleasant personnel. F150 was in for transmission evaluation ( hard shift out of 1st gear) . First evaluation resulted the need to make a follow up appointment. No reminder texts were sent to me - so I called the day before the scheduled appointment: no appointment was ever made! I rescheduled. Brought the truck in - came back at the end of the day … no one looked at the truck. Left it again the next day - came back at 5PM … no one looked at the truck! “ oh we’re having man power issues” How about this: if you can’t get to the service task let me know. The truck sat in your parking lot for 2 days - I think the tranny issue is something you know will need a lot of time to remedy and you don’t want to get into this repair. Also - there was “ no loaner / rental” vehicles available! Really?! Do I drive the truck with a tranny issue ???? The scenario was left as : “ make an appointment at the end of July” I’m heading to the Ford Dealership up on Rt. 5 ( Metro Ford) … to see what their take is on this : 1) 3 appointments / 4 weeks and no work done & 2) is this tranny issue a scenario where a replacement is needed ?
