We started at the low end of my price range and Joe let me pick out what trucks I wanted to look at. He did not try and sell me the most expensive thing on the line, but was committed helping me find the vehicle that fit me. On top of being an interesting a funny guy, Joe was happy to share his honest opinion about the different vehicles I was looking at. Called 2 weeks prior to appt. told them I wanted oil change, inspection and recall work for rear camera. Told them I had some issues with the camera. Dropped it off the night before for abs 7:15 appt. change, inspection and recall work for rear camera. Told them I had some issues with the camera. Dropped it off the night before for abs 7:15 appt. was asked when I would like it back. We agreed on 12noon. I had to call at 12:15 to see if it was done which it was not. They called me 2:00 and said that it was ready. They didn’t start to work on it till after I called. When I went to pick it up I was told they needed to order parts to fix the camera and I would be called when they were in. I expressed my disappointment and all I was told was sorry. They knew I needed the recall, had 2 weeks to get the parts and they were not there. Now I have to make arrangements to return when the parts come in. More
