I had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment. Work done on car was fine. Communication with collision center very poor. I called several times and got connected with places other than the collision center. Once talked with someone who promised to call center very poor. I called several times and got connected with places other than the collision center. Once talked with someone who promised to call me back...no call. I left messages and nobody got back to me. Literally had to go there to talk to someone, several times. Was once told...I don't know where your car is. Really?? I believe other places can fix the car AND communicate better. More
