We just bought our 3rd vehicle from Glenn and he is awesome! The manager Albert was awful! He felt it was OK to let someone walk in at 7pm and cut the line for finalizing paperwork with financing. We waited 8 hours to finalize our paperwork and our dinner celebration was ruined because Alberts uncaring attitude. Our daughter bought a new cx5 grand touring as her first car and she had to witness this behavior. If it wasn't for Glenn we would have walked out and not purchased the TWO CARS THAT DAY! More

I’ve had my 2020 trk in 9 times & it still not fixed. Ford motor company should be ashamed of themselves for putting out this kind of a product. The 10 spd transmission is junk. The 6 spd transmission sh Ford motor company should be ashamed of themselves for putting out this kind of a product. The 10 spd transmission is junk. The 6 spd transmission should still be an option as I’ve had great success w/ the 6 speed tranny. All Ford has done for 9 months is string me along. We will see what Ford says when I take them to court for not fixing this trk. I’ve owned fords since I was 15 yrs old & this trk is by far the worse trk I e ever owned. Shame on the engineers of Ford. Stick to building trks because your transmission building skills SUCK More
