Great experiance and a great deal. Of the three dealerships I contacted online, they were the only ones to not only contact me, but to follow up. I made an appointment to look at a truck I thought was out of my range. I wasn't even planning on driving the truck. But when they handed me a paper with my potential lease payments, I was shocked. I ended up driving out with the truck I wanted with a lower payment than the vehicle I was currently leasing. And that vehicle cost was almost $7000 less when I leased it. I know the buy out price in the end will more than make up the $7000 difference, but I'll probably just lease again. My wife's lease runs out in a couple months, We'll be back for a Mazda this time. Oh yea, my appointment was at 10:00 am, and I drove away at around 3:30 or so in my new truck. It was a Saturday, and it took them some time to transfer my insurance and prep the truck. To pass some of the time they even had us go to a great place nearby for lunch and covered the bill. Next time we're going for dinner. Sadly, I can't remember the finance guy by name, but he was great too. Everything was in order, he explained everything and made the process simple. One last thing, two days after my purchase, I finally get a message from the third dealer I had contacted a week before. The one I was previously leasing from, apologizing for somehow missing my email. I wanted to, but I didn't bother to return his call. More

I still don't know how to use the voice activated function and needed that tutorial. The dealership should not schedule a final sale without making sure they have the personnel available to demonstrate the car's features. More
