Your “service trailer” is straight out of a construction site. For a 2:30 hr wait, dirty office chairs are absolutely unacceptable. Snack boxes from Sam’s Club with the lids ripped off are classless and unappealing. No napkins were in sight. You do have however, a great coffee machine which looks completely out of place in such conditions. More
