Reece Francis was referred by Jim Rosamino in the sales department to do the work on my truck. He was amazing, he was very pleasant. He made sure my truck was repaired correctly. Service Manager Lenny Farnum conducted the service experience respectfully and professionally. He explained the details of the requested service and sent me a video of it. DePaula Ford has created a temporary office and waiting area that sre efficient and comfortable. I greatly appreciated the assistance at the door.
