Luis always takes great of me! I called him asking him to schedule an oil change for me. He asked when I wanted to bring my vehicle in. I told him 1st available slot. I will never go back to this dealership for service again. I have taken it there since I picked it up new in 2020. Every time I have bought it in for service there is damage on the vehicle or somet again. I have taken it there since I picked it up new in 2020. Two times it left with dents and paint damage, one time with a bent damage license plate mount and this most recent visit the hood ajar light was on and would not go off. NOT ONE TIME has this dealership taken responsibility for my damage. I am finished with Depaula Ford! More
