It was a pleasure working with salesman Michael Taubes who helped me through the process of factory ordering my CT5-V Blackwing. What really solidified my positive opinion of Michael was the time he took to explain the technology related aspects of the cars electronic controls, upon delivery. I ended up needing to come back a few days later as I had additional questions and Michael never made me feel rushed. A shout out as well to Ken Burkart as well in the finance department who handled all of the financial paperwork when I took delivery of the car. I've had experiences elsewhere over the years that had left my "head-spinning" after handling the financial paperwork, feeling like there was a trap laid out at every turn, but this was easy and it was a pleasure to do business with Ken with no unexpected charges. I left DeVoe Cadillac feeling satisfied plus there is the intoxicating aroma of a new Cadillac! M.D. More
