Service Advisor Benjamin was outstanding - the best service advisor I have ever dealt with. Courteous, professional and always communicated with me during the service performed (oil change and tire ro service advisor I have ever dealt with. Courteous, professional and always communicated with me during the service performed (oil change and tire rotation). Your technician who worked on my vehicle, however, leaves a lot to be improved on. The tire rotation for my 2025 CT4 REQUIRES the front tires to be inflated to 38 psi and the rear tires to 42 psi. I mentioned this to Bengamin who then relayed this to the technician doing my service. So, when my vehicle was returned to me what did I find? Front tire pressure was 42 psi, and the rear tires were at 38 psi. At least the technician rotated the tires! But he failed to check the tire pressures. Not very impressed with your vehicle service.
