I would like to take the time to thank the staff at DEYARMAN Ford! In an age where customer service has taken a backseat, they did everything possible to make my visit one of the most enjoyable I have DEYARMAN Ford! All my questions and concerns were quickly answered and addressed in a timely manner. James Smurtwaite was my sales professional and he was great. Next came the negotiation process, which a lot of people aren't exactly excited about. Believe me when I say, it couldn't have went better. The General Sales Manager Shawn Martin greeted me when I entered the dealership, and he was wonderful. He was such a professional! He truly listened and really wanted earn my business. Let's just say, Shawn has made me a customer for life! The final gentleman I spoke with was the Finance Manager Nick Worrall. He explained everything in great detail, while allowing me to process the information. Again, no pressure, just treating me with respect and dignity. This was my third vehicle I purchased from them. But when I called Damian 10 days after purchasing the vehicle because there was an issue with the front door they no longer could help me. I was told it was a factory imperfection and there was nothing they could do so unfortunately I was out of luck. All they want is the sell then they are done with you!!! Horrible experience and customer service. I would not recommend Noble Ford to anyone!!!! More
