The service advisor was great, but I can't say the same for the service itself. After an oil change, the splash guard and other undercarriage items were not securely fastened. Less than 24 hours later, these items became loose, dragged the ground, and are damaged. This is the first time the dealership has failed me in over a decade of service. However, it is a costly mistake. I would still recommend the service center, but now I will need to visually inspect the work before before leaving the dealership, which is unfortunate. More
