Great car buying experience! I haven't had to shop for a car in over 10 years, so heading out to see what was available was basically an experience I was not looking forward to. Turned into Dean Team Hyundai on a whim, not having looked at the Hyundai vehicles - and was greeted by Reed Raleigh. Reed listened to what I was looking for, flagged down another co-worker passing by in a Genesis, and literally 2 hours later I was leaving with a new car. Low pressure, very patient, explained all the options, etc. I honestly can't tell you how relieved I was to have made that turn into the Dean Team and to leave with a car I absolutely love.
