"Passing the Buck" I bought a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe from this dealer and initially with Michael Wright there it went smoothly. Its time to renew my tags and I realize t I bought a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe from this dealer and initially with Michael Wright there it went smoothly. Its time to renew my tags and I realize that I have no paperwork. I have been to the DMV 2 times, and gotten all of the required paperwork but my car is not registered, there is no title. I called several times and got VM but calls weren't returned or they told me the paper work was mailed but I never got it. I finally went to the store and dealt with Scott who was very upset that I was questioning him about his expertise. He would not sign the paperwork for a replacement title, he said go to the DMV and if they need the signature fax it back. I said but I am sitting in front of you with the form. He finally said her reordered the paperwork but it will take at least 3 weeks. My car is less than 2 years old, this paperwork should still be available if it was originally drafted and sent. I am not a satisfied customer and I don't feel as if this matter was addressed, so I have to return with my lawyer to get to the bottom of it. This is just unheard of. More
