Was going to 5 different dealership and would make my decision then. In the past I worked for a dealership, and was not going to play the game and be there all day! Justin and I spoke he showed me what they had and suggested price. I went to 4 other dealerships and mid afternoon was back at Dean. We talked and came up with a fair price for the auto and my trade and was done in 1 hour. Everyone at Dean was great, was one of the best experiences. If you are looking for a Hyundai, you need to go to Dean. More

Relatively Painless Purchase Purchasing a vehicle can be painful, but purchasing a Volkswagon (2008) and Hyundai (recently purchased) from Dean Team was a relatively painless expe Purchasing a vehicle can be painful, but purchasing a Volkswagon (2008) and Hyundai (recently purchased) from Dean Team was a relatively painless experience. The sales staff was knowledgeable and accommodating. There was NO pressure to 'buy today because tomorrow may be too late.' They let me drive the vehicle I was interested in and then I left. After visiting other dealers and driving comparable models, I returned to Dean Team Hyundai to revisit the Tucson. Comparing it to the other small SUVs I had driven made the Tucson the winner. I feel Hyundai offers a great deal of value for the final cost. Coming to an agreed upon price is always a 'I'll take this to my manager' dance, but it was fairly painless. My only quibble is the extended amount of time it took to agree to a price and finalize the paperwork. I am hopeful the Hyundai service department is as accommodating and knowledgeable as the Dean Team Kirkwood VW store is. More
