My salesman Richard Pfuhl has been in the bussiness a long time and knows his job. He was very respecful and courteous, and really went to bat for me with the management who was also great to work with. The following day I went to buy one tire for the vehicle I bought and was 8nformed I would have to buy 3 due to it being 4 wd and the tires were mismatched. I contacted Rich and he again stepped up to management and they agreed to pay half of the tire cost. This is what i call service after the sale. GREAT JOB DEAN TEAM. THANK YOU More

Sleazy sales tactics If you come here be prepared for the following: To waste hours of your time To be lied to To be given paperwork with actual sales prices dif If you come here be prepared for the following: To waste hours of your time To be lied to To be given paperwork with actual sales prices different on each sheet To be given information overload so you don't know what you are actually paying for and lots of paperwork, all with different information. To agree on a price verbally and then have that price shown on paperwork with so much funny math that you really don't realize what you are really paying until you've had time to go home and review it without someone breathing down your back and pushing you to sign. To be looked straight faced into your eyes by Tom Fascetti and have him lie to you. He will try to convince you that what you paid for the car is not the same as what you actually paid or what is actually shown on the convaluted paperwork To not have your phone calls returned by the finance dept or Tom Fascetti. To have them ruin what should be a fun experience, getting a new car isn't something people do everyday and they ruined it for me. It has taken away from my enjoyment of the car too. To be treated with high pressure and looked down upon by the finance dept. Just save yourself the headache and buy your car elsewhere. I will never ever buy a car from them again. Plenty of other places to get a Hyundai, do not waste your time here. More

I just got my car serviced here, 3 recalls and a transmission problem, all taken care of very quickly, and under warranty. Sean Behymer explained everything very clearly and was very friendly .Got me in and out of the shop with absolutely no problems and quickly too. I would totally recommend purchasing and getting a car serviced at this dealership. More
