Completely professional and awesome crew! When I first started looking for a car I put an 'request more info' search on the dean team's website about a pre-owned car. The very next day Darryl When I first started looking for a car I put an 'request more info' search on the dean team's website about a pre-owned car. The very next day Darryl called me to ask if I would like to come out to see it and maybe give it a drive around the block. I came in that very day with a somewhat open mind. I knew that I wanted a car but wasn't sure what and when I would get it. After meeting with Darryl I was blown away by his professional etiquette. He told me everything I needed to know and more about all the cars I asked about. I told him I had a certain price range I was looking to stay in and he helped me get into not just a car I liked...but THE car I liked. He was very calming in what was a very stressful situation for me. After completing the initial paperwork to be prequalified for the car, I came back two days later to finish financing with Scott. Both him and Darryl were helping me to get my paperwork finished and have the car ready to go so I could be the happy owner of a new car. I was just blown away at how everyone at this establishment actually cares about the customers instead of just making sales goals. More

Tom Fascetti - General Sales Manager has a great knack for reading my mind and guiding me through the process of selecting the perfect car to suit my specific needs, We worked with a wonderful sales person by the name of Rich Pfuhl and Tom put his magic touch on the deal - sat down to finalize the paperwork with Scott Varnum -very professional Finance Manager. The whole team went above and beyond to deliver the best experience i have ever had getting a new car...did I mention Rich Pfuhl even drove me home because i had injured my hand and didnt feel comfortable driving yet! Worth the Drive to the Dean Team! I was looking for "The" car for weeks and found several that might work for my wife and Me. But it was a u-tube video by Mr. Ted Dean, addressing the I was looking for "The" car for weeks and found several that might work for my wife and Me. But it was a u-tube video by Mr. Ted Dean, addressing the importance of customer satisfaction at "Team Dean" and the "team" of special people he assembled to maintain this company business plan. So, my wife and me decided to drive the 390 mile round trip to experience this plan for ourselves. We were welcomed by Mr. Adam Novik and Mr. Rich Pfuhl. Mr. Pfuhl took us to the car that caught our eye on the Dean Team web site. (Great Photo's by the way) Mr. Pfuhl was like a caring personal assistant. He answered our many questions to our satisfaction and gave us space to inspect and talk about the car. After a test drive, when we felt were ready... Mr. Rich Pfuhl sat down with us to see if we had any new questions or concerns about the car. After some negotiation, a deal was made. While my wife and me were involved with the paper work with Mr. Scott Varnum, Mr. Pfuhl and other "behind the scene" Team Members, had the car cleaned inside and out and ready for our beautiful drive home. The 390 mile trip was worth the drive to experience the "Dean Team!" More

He offered several different optional warranty plans and recommended the most practical (and lowest cost) extended power-train warranty based upon the amount of miles I drive. Greg even let me interrupt his busy afternoon later to look for items I had left in my trade-in. Everyone I worked with at Dean Team was very helpful and made my buying experience a great one. More

Littel red bug!!! Our daughter turned 16 and really wanted a VW Beetle after searching high an low for the right one we happened upon Dean Team Hyundai.. As we walked into the dealership we were greeted by the Tom the General Manager. He took us himself to the car and showed us the car he then let us drive it and we fell in love with it!! We got a great price and are very happy with the purchase of our car for our daughter. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to be respected by all who work there. Make sure you look up Tom he will take great care of you!!! More
