Purchasing a car is always a little stressful but they took the time to listen to what I wanted, explain the options, make suggestions and answer all my questions. We arrived at a fair price for the vehicle with little back and forth. I felt respected, was never rushed and had a good time while shopping. 10/10 Would recommend them to a friend. More

I also enjoyed working with Andy's boss, Tom, who adds so positively to The Dean Team experience. The only negative of the whole experience was that I traded in my 2004 (yes, 2004) Hyundai XG350 which I loved and also purchased from The Dean Team. What led me to purchase another Hyundai through Dean Team was Michelle in Service. Before The Dean Team, I never used the dealer for any service. Michelle makes any normal service or scheduled maintenance a positive experience so I was confident purchasing another Hyundai from The Dean Team would be a total package of non-hassle experiences as in the past. If you need financing, ask for Rich - another professional who is knowledgeable, personable, polite and once again, represents the total Dean Team buying experience positively. And finally, back to Andy, his job, as he sees it, does not end with the sale - he really is there for you after the sale to answer more questions, ensure you are pleased with your purchase. What a Team to work with - I highly recommend. More

The Service Department is first class; on time appointments and excellent service. The Dean Team is not the closest Hyundai dealership to my residence, but it is the ONLY dealership for me.
