The p When my sales rep and I agreed to a price of a 2014 Sonata as he had scribbled on paper, he went to the financing guy to draw up the paper work. The price that was on the paper that I signed was not the same price of the car (it was higher) than what I had agreed on. I did not discover this until I got home and was ready to transfer the license plates. When the sales person quoted me a price the first time for the Sonata and the trade in he would allow me for a 2007 Mercury Mariner Premier, I told him that I would keep shopping, and would try to sell my car on consignment at a Ford dealership in Hermann. So he quoted me another lower price that was $18,500 for the 2014 Sonata and $9,000 for my trade in on the 2007 Mariner. The price of $18,500 that we had agreed to came back at $19,334.96, and that was the first price he quoted me. I called Justin the sales person at Dean Team and reported that I had been mislead and the price was not what we agreed on. More

Upon my arrival I was greeted by Darryl in sales and shortly thereafter by the General Manager who offered me a bottle of water. Darryl was great! Cordial, friendly, and honest. Tom Fascetti the GM was fun to talk with and by the time I left the Finance Manager's (Scott) office I knew I made the right decision. Darryl introduced me to Coach in service which benefitted me two days later when I had an early morning question about my car. The entire staff here is top notch and they really understand how to make a customer feel special!
