They insisted i buy a car I didn't want and pressured me into it. Told me it would start with the blue link and it wouldn't and when I called about they said we'll call blue link! My overall visit at Dean Team Hyundai was very postive. I came in looking to purchase a car but had many questions. The sales consultant (Ben) did a very nice job showing off the different vehicles and options, and when I came around the first time to just drive, he weren't pushy at all trying to get a sale. Once I had decided on a Hyundai, Ben did a great job trying to find me exactly what I was looking for, and was able to find both the trim level and color I was looking for. The dealership offered a very fair price that really didn't require much negotiation at all, and did it in a pretty timely fashion. The dealership building isn't much to look at, and is not as plush as many of the other dealerships on Manchester. However, the people there were very good and it's easy enough to overlook their facility. More
