The sales consultant (Ben) did a very nice job showing off the different vehicles and options, and when I came around the first time to just drive, he weren't pushy at all trying to get a sale. Once I had decided on a Hyundai, Ben did a great job trying to find me exactly what I was looking for, and was able to find both the trim level and color I was looking for. The dealership offered a very fair price that really didn't require much negotiation at all, and did it in a pretty timely fashion. The dealership building isn't much to look at, and is not as plush as many of the other dealerships on Manchester. However, the people there were very good and it's easy enough to overlook their facility. More

My experience with Dean Team was a great one. As with most people we go into a dealership with our guard up expecting to be looked upon as prey for some vultures. When I came in I was greeted and welcomed with a very personable support staff. My salesman Kurt Convey was a gracious and personable man who I knew from 'hello' he was there to help me and not himself. That speaks volumes about this dealership and the quality of their staff. Kurt answered any questions I had and spoke to me as he would a close friend and it made me feel at ease.
