I just got my car serviced here, 3 recalls and a transmission problem, all taken care of very quickly, and under warranty. Sean Behymer explained everything very clearly and was very friendly .Got me in and out of the shop with absolutely no problems and quickly too. I would totally recommend purchasing and getting a car serviced at this dealership. More

Great customer service Stan Wallace went above and beyond to service my 2015 Genesis. Repair, Mileage Service and General Inspection Craig Wheeler has always been willing to do what it takes to keep us happy with our 2006 Azera. We were traveling through the area when my santa fe experienced some mechanical problems and was not operable. Even though it was the day after Thanksgiving he worked my vehicle in for repair. When the tow truck driver dropped me and the vehicle off, Craig immediately took charge and explained what would be done. Instead of being stranded, he had us back on the road the following day. I have never been treated so nicely by any dealership service dept. Everyone I met at the dealership was top notch, so friendly and professional. Wish Craig worked at my local dealership here in Mississippi. I Love my santa fe and that Hyundai warranty. Only time I have had to use it. I am 65 years of age, and if I live long enough to need another vehicle it will be Hyundai. I have owned many new different brand vehicles but none compares to my 2007 santa fe se. More

After experiencing horrendous service at another local Hyundai dealership, Dean Team saved the day. They quickly identified the problem with my car and fixed it in less time than they estimated. Great Service Advisor in Michele Wagner My wife's 2012 sonata turbo had the check engine light go on last Friday, Thought I'd have a hassle getting an appointment at the last minute. Made My wife's 2012 sonata turbo had the check engine light go on last Friday, Thought I'd have a hassle getting an appointment at the last minute. Made a 7:30 at opening (7:00am) on Monday. Told me it would take an hour to find the cause. Michele advised me only 30 minutes later of a sensor need replacement and they could also do a recall at the same time. Michele advised me every step of the way and finshed in less time than projected. I top of that I got a first class wash/clean. That's rare anymore. I had a couple of minor issues with routine services in the past so my faith in Dean Team is fully restored. I don't normally recommend services or products to friends but I own two Hyundai's and would recommend the maker and dealer if anyone ask. Thank you Michele.
