My car (2020 Genesis G90 with 27,800 miles) has been sitting in their parking lot 9 days and Bill Buchholz can’t seem to get it in to check why the check engine light is on and the car vibrates. It is my belief that since I called Genesis Corporate to check on this as a warranty issue and they assigned a Case Number, Mr. Buchholz is being vindictive and just letting my car sit, while claiming there are so many vehicles in front of me for service. I suggest if you buy a car here, as I did in 2018 by purchasing a new Genesis G90 from Dean Team, you better saddle up for lousy service and uncaring people when you have a problem. More

I have had 3 recall notices about my 2017 Hyundai and have contacted the dealership 2 times. The first time I was told that the parts weren't available and I would get a call back later. I got the last notice early last week and called and left a message for the service manager Wade Knuckels. Never called back. Since this recall mentions a cabin fire I think this is serious. Paul Thoman has been a great help with our car we purchased through him. If you need any help I recommend seeing Paul, as he even checked on us a week after we purchased the car to see how everything purchased through him. We've had 3 excellent sales pros (Andy Miller is excellent) but, over the years, we have had dozens of contacts with the Service Department and think it is the best Service Department we have ever worked with. Since the first days we walked into the showroom and into the service department, we've always felt that they wanted us to be satisfied customers and valued our business. More
