JD impressed me as an honest person with integrity and after deciding to purchase a Subaru, I went out of my way to visit JD at Dean Team to give him a chance to earn my business. After negotiating a price and deciding to buy from JD, he went well above the call of duty and took his day off to transport a red Outback over 300 miles to make my wife and I very happy. I enjoyed the entire buying process from start to finish and I believe JD was the primary reason for that. I went back and forth on whether to lease or buy for about a week. Paul, my salesman was cool, very patient and thoroughly explained the advantages and disadvantages of leasing vs. buying. They even let me take the car home for 24 hours to test drive. I ended up buying. What I like about this dealership is they don't use high pressure sales tactics.
