In my first visit I was still in early stages, trying to decide which ve Had a good experience leasing a new 2017 Subaru WRX STI from JD at Dean Team. In my first visit I was still in early stages, trying to decide which vehicle was right for me. He let me take a test drive on my own and didn't waste any of my time. He followed up with me multiple times after that to see how my decision was coming along, and to make sure all my questions were answered. When I was ready to pull the trigger he was easy to work with and he and the sales manager, Matt, negotiated a pretty good deal with me. I had to wait about 1.5 months for the vehicle to arrive at the dealer after several delays, and I would have liked to have a better understanding of the reason for that up front. Turns out it was coming brand new from the factory (it wasn't just sitting on a lot somewhere). When it finally arrived the handoff was fine, though it did take longer than expected (it was a busy day at the dealer). Overall very pleased with my experience and would consider buying from them again in the future. More
