No Surprises! ! After doing some research on the Subaru Forester and checking with family and friends, who have owned several over the years, I called the Dean Team ! After doing some research on the Subaru Forester and checking with family and friends, who have owned several over the years, I called the Dean Team Subaru in Ballwin. I was connected to Ed Gerardo in sales and he was friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle and I was able to close the deal in about 30 minutes. I think it took my wife and I longer to decide what color to choose. The reason I said at the beginning there were no surprises was that I able to negotiate and close the deal over the phone in a short period of time and when we arrived at the dealership there were no surprises waiting for us there. We were greeted by Aaron on the showroom floor and escorted to Ed Gerardo to complete our paperwork. Next we met Jason in finance and in no time we were on our way. At no time were we apprehensive about our first Subaru purchase and I was very pleased with the Forester while driving it home. They were also very upfront on what they could NOT do for us, which added to the sense of transparency. More
