Their proposed financing wasn't as equitable as what I pre-qualified for at a local bank, but there was no pressure from the Dean Team to use their offer. No pressure sales is what I expect and they delivered. I'd happily buy another car from Wes and the Dean Team. More

We had an excellent experience with him back in May of 2012 when we bought our Subaru Legacy and when it was time to buy another car, we knew who we wanted to deal with. He makes the process so easy, doesn't pressure you, and gives you a good deal with out having to haggle over price. For us, Car shopping is never fun, but with John, the actual negotiation and purchase is made so easy that you get to the fun part of "new car ownership" sooner. We highly recommend Dean Team Subaru in Ballwin and John, and will return there for our next Subaru purchase! More

I had a great experience and could not have asked for a better team who made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I worked with Scott Roberts, Ryan Troll, and Dustin Westhoff. A month and a half later I totaled my car. I called Scott up and explained my situation. He went out of his way to make sure he found me the same car I had previously, and had it delivered. He kept in contact with me until my car arrived and after my purchase. In addition to Scott, I then worked with Richard Gotsch and Rick Richard. I can't even begin to explain how thankful I am for this team. I will continue to recommend the Dean Team, and will always return for my future purchases. More
