He was very personable and knowledgeable about the car. Once I had a test drive and checked out my hot buttons, I made it clear to J.D. I was buying an Outback and it was just a question of which dealership was going to sell me the car. J.D. and Matt Kuhn put together a deal in about 10 minutes with minimal haggling that I felt was a very fair deal. I couldn't believe how easy and fair the whole process was.
