Bought my first Subaru I've bought a number of cars over the years and most of the dealer interactions were only fair with a couple being less than pleasant. That definitely wasn't the case with Dean Team Subaru. I was very impressed with my salesman, J. D. Daugherty, as well as the other staff. These guys are friendly, straight-forward and made me feel comfortable. There was no high pressure or any of the other sales tactics you sometimes experience in buying a car. I think a got a good deal for my new Forrester and trade-in, and I wouldn't hesitate to go back there again, or recommended these guys to a friend or relative. More

He asked what we were looking for, how much we wanted to spend. We drove several cars at our leisure. At that point we were not sure of the car that we wanted and had a prior engagement and had to leave. He did not pressure us at that point. He asked us what we thought our car was worth and we told him, he took some info on our trade and he said he would call us later that evening and give us the details on both cars that we had driven. He called about 2 hours later we talked and our deal was made and we came the next day and picked the car up. It was the quickest, easiest car buying experience we have ever had. The next day we were in and out in about an hour and a half. Spent all kinds of time showing us how to use the car. Nicest most honest guy we have ever dealt with and will be sure to go to him again for any vehicle purchase. Will tell all our friends and family what great experience we had. More

I wanted to learn about the Subaru Outback and compare it to the Toyota Highlander. J. D. Daugherty took the time to show me the Outback and explain all the features and functions. He was very personable and knowledgeable about the car. Once I had a test drive and checked out my hot buttons, I made it clear to J.D. I was buying an Outback and it was just a question of which dealership was going to sell me the car. J.D. and Matt Kuhn put together a deal in about 10 minutes with minimal haggling that I felt was a very fair deal. I couldn't believe how easy and fair the whole process was. I would recommend J.D. and the Dean Team to anyone. More
