I am sorry you are still having problems with pairing your phone with the car, I would be happy to try to assist you on that even though I have not done one personally on a Subaru but I am sure we can figure it out. I am not sure why the oil sticker was marked that way but it should not have been and I will address that with my team. As far as the scratches on the vehicle we do not assume any responsibility for damages due to the car wash but I would be glad to look and see if it something we can buff out and make right for you.
