Prior to visiting I had found a car I was interested in and sent a request My experience with Carl Schaeffer and the Dean Team was easy and efficient. Prior to visiting I had found a car I was interested in and sent a request to get the pricing information. Carl responded quickly via email and contacted me by phone to go over the cars he had in stock that matched my criteria. I have to say Carl was very personable and friendly through the whole process. We were also able to negotiate a good price, as well as get approval for the loan the same day. On the day of pickup of the car I was done in less than 45 minutes. Great experience and would recommend Carl to anyone. More

Scratched up my NEW car Went to get my car serviced at the dealership and get a recall fix. This service center offers free car washes to people who purchased their car from Went to get my car serviced at the dealership and get a recall fix. This service center offers free car washes to people who purchased their car from this dealership. Went to have my car cleaned and the front drivers side now has huge scratches. I called them and was told that there was a sign that sign they were not responsible for any damage they do to your vehicle. I don't remember seeing any sign. Also the sticker for my next oil change says 18k miles instead of 12k like the manufacturer suggests. I guess when you buy the extended warranty they want do as little as possible for you. And finally, I'm still having an issue with my car where my car can never pair with my phone to play music. No one seems to be able to help me with it. I will never buy a Subaru again. More
