Good smart, honest, kind and helpful people I really was not sure what to expect when I arrived at the dealership early morning to look at a car I had talked to Jason Moore sale manager at the D I really was not sure what to expect when I arrived at the dealership early morning to look at a car I had talked to Jason Moore sale manager at the Dean Team Subaru Volkswagen, I had been texting Jason Moore about a car I had found and liked on cars. com, He was very helpful, he had done all the hard paperwork for me the day before and I just had to test drive and like the car. Jason was not there in the morning and instead James Becker helped me. Jason is awesome, he is techy, young and smart and very kind. He helped me get the deal I was comfortable with. Everything was ready and the car I had picked looked clean and ready to go, I had many concerns and questions that James so kindly and honesty answered, he does not work for commission and he is really concerned about his customers, I was treated with care, respect, dignity and much kindness. Staff are honest, smart and knowledgable, These qualities are important when you are making a big purchase. They know the technology and their products, they are willing to do the research for you and find answers to your questions. I really had a great time and enjoyed my shopping experience and I will be back to buy my next car here. Thank you guys. More
