Satisfied for a second time. In January 2015, I bought my second pre-owned car in 4 months from the Dean Team. My second experience was excellent and just as fair as the first. The Dean Team prices their pre-owned cars in the neighborhood where they should be, and will give you what your trade-in is worth. What truly impresses are the checks and fixes they will perform to make sure a car is ready to roll off the lot in a trouble free fashion. I dealt with Wes Gallegos again, and as before he was courteous, fair, and helpful. The last time I dealt with Dustin Westhoff for financing. This time it was Rick Richard, and I was just as happy. He found me a great interest rate from a local credit union and had a good extended warranty to offer which I took because it was a high mileage car that I purchased. I am set for now with cars I can depend on so I won’t be purchasing one any time soon, but I will keep returning to the Dean Team for service since I have found that too to be trustworthy and fair. Tony worked around our work schedules and met with us more than once as we debated about the Outback and Forester. Once our decision was made, Tony spent time going over every detail of the vehicle we purchased and once again answered our questions. Although we have owned our Outback for less than a month, we love it and look forward to experiencing the reliability and satisfaction we have heard about from other Subaru owners. In addition, Dustin Westhoff in the Financing Department made our car buying experience easy. He was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of financing a car and our paper work was completed quickly. These characteristics were certainly personified in Maurice. He was approachable, knowledgeable, reasonable and low-pressure. He possessed all of the characteristics which one would expect in a sales person. He was representative of Volkswagen's high standards and quality. As a result of Maurice's excellence, we cancelled our subsequent planned visit to the Honda dealership and leased a Volkswagen. My salesman was James Becker, although it was Mark McNulty who initially contacted me and was very professional about keeping me informed on inventory status. James is not your average salesperson, he is above and beyond what may be expected. First let me explain that I have been working in the dealership scene for over 7 years as a mechanic for BMW and I understand how it works so I knew what to look out for coming in. None of that was necessary, he is young, modern and intelligent, well informed and he stands by the Subaru product. Everything was catered to me without me having to make efforts and the sales team worked with me to get my payments exactly where I wanted them. Never did I feel like I was out on a limb, which added to the fact that the dealership is always buzzing with customers (good for business, but tough for salespeople) is really quite impressive. No criticisms here and I love my Subaru. Give these guys a chance and you'll see for yourself everything I'm trying to explain. More
